Delivery Scope:
- Delivery includes curbside or garage drop-off only.
- Placement of furniture into specific rooms of your home, condo, or apartment is not included.
- Unpacking or unwrapping of furniture is not included.
- Removal of packing materials is not included.
- Any necessary assembly is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Packaging:
- Items will arrive in factory packed cartons. Please inspect items prior to signing of delivery documents.
- Most orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days and may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times may vary depending on availability of items and 3rd party shipper scheduling.

Return Policy
We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate the return process. Please note, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, and the customer is responsible for all associated shipping and return fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees, within 7 to 10 business days.
