- MASSAGE & LUMBAR HEAT FUNCTIONS: It comes with 8 vibrating nodes (back, lumbar, thighs, legs) and 3 massage modes for selection, each massage point can be operated individually. You can choose to massage a specific part separately. There is timer function in 15/30/60 minutes which is convenient for you to set massaging time. Add a lumbar heat point to promote blood circulation throughout your body, providing a full body relaxation!
- USB CHARGING PORT & TWO CUP HOLDERS: With the help of the USB port, your must-have devices can keep fully charged and right by your side (ONLY for low-power devices, such as mobile phones). In addition, you can put your drinks on the cup holder when you relaxing on the chair and watching TV. These are designed for your convenience.

1. Delivery: The chair comes in 2 boxes and we ship them on the same day but the carrier may be delivered on different days.
2. Depending on the unique structure and wiring design, it's simple to assemble the chair, and also no tools are needed (about 15 minutes for a novice).

Delivery Scope:
- Delivery includes curbside or garage drop-off only.

- Unpacking or unwrapping of furniture is not included.
- Removal of packing materials is not included.
- Any necessary assembly is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Packaging:
- Items will arrive in factory packed cartons. Please inspect items prior to signing of delivery documents.
- Most orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days and may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times may vary depending on availability of items and 3rd party shipper scheduling.

Return Policy
We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate the return process. Please note, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, and the customer is responsible for all associated shipping and return fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees, within 7 to 10 business days.

Reporting Damage:
